What Youโ€™ll Do

As a part-time Branch Support Specialist, you will be an important point of contact for our members, providing a full range of Credit Union services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and brings a positive, outgoing approach to each interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing lobby traffic and greeting members
  • Answering questions about Credit Union products and services
  • Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
  • Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts
  • Educating members on managing their finances effectively
  • Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being
  • Building strong, supportive member relationships

Because this role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills are essential.

What You Need
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Must be bondable
