Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, and based out of our Windsor, Ontario location, the Regional Operations Specialist supports branch operations by driving process improvement, ensuring operational consistency, and assisting branches in achieving performance, safety, inventory, and customer service objectives.

This role works closely with branch managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and support operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support branch operations through site visits, coaching, and process reviews.
  • Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and work with branch to meet and exceed inventory management, cycle counting, and loss prevention KPI's.
  • Support branch openings, relocations, integrations, and special projects.
  • Coordinate operational training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with branch leaders to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, track action items, and follow up on improvement plans
  • Support health, safety, and compliance programs across all locations.
  • Perform branch audits, working with the operations team and assisting in other areas when required

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of operations, warehouse, or distribution experience,
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
  • This position also requires the ability to travel regularly throughout Ontario.
