Job description

Branch Administrator, Real Estate

Newmarket, ON

On-Site

Full-Time

About Us

Right at Home Realty is Canada's largest independent brokerage, home to roughly 6,000 agents who build their businesses with us every day. Our job is to give them room to run and the support to grow, so they can focus on their clients while the rest just works.

Right at Home Realty is part of myAbode, the AI-native company rebuilding the real estate back office from the ground up. myAbode runs the transaction platform behind the brokerage, processing 30,000+ deals a year, which means the people here get the stability and scale of an established brokerage with the tools, tech, and pace of a startup behind them. We're modernizing a traditional industry from the inside, and we're doing it in Canada.

The Role

The Branch Administrator is the heartbeat of the branch, ensuring our agents have the support they need to do what they do best. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll keep daily operations running smoothly while looking for opportunities to improve the way we work. Whether it's streamlining administrative processes, creating a better experience for our agents, or embracing new tools and technology, you'll help the branch operate more efficiently every day.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. If you're proactive, people-focused, and energized by a fast-paced environment where every day is a little different, you'll feel right at home here.

Please note that active trading is not permitted during your employment in this role.

What You'll Own

  • Create a seamless branch experience by ensuring agents receive responsive, knowledgeable support and can quickly access the people, tools, and resources they need to succeed.
  • Keep branch operations running smoothly by coordinating the administrative, financial, and compliance processes that keep our office efficient, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new agents, helping them get set up, feel welcomed, and become productive as quickly as possible.
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve workflows, and leverage technology to make the branch more effective.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment where agents, clients, and visitors enjoy a positive experience every time they walk through the door.
  • Support branch growth and retention by partnering with the Branch Manager on recruitment initiatives, training events, and programs that strengthen our agent community.
  • Protect the integrity of the brokerage by ensuring regulatory requirements, board obligations, health and safety standards, and internal policies are consistently met.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Experience working in residential real estate, brokerage operations, or another client-focused administrative environment.
  • Familiarity with Lone Wolf, BrokerBay, RECO processes, or other real estate technology and compliance systems.

Nice to Have (optional)

  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, or office operations.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a knack for identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the agent experience.

Why Right at Home Realty

Right at Home Realty is where scale meets reinvention. Here's what that actually means:

Real impact, real scale. Roughly 6,000 agents depend on what we do. Get it right, and you make thousands of livelihoods run smoother. That's the scale of the impact here.

Real ownership. You own the back office that the largest independent brokerage in Canada runs on. End-to-end responsibility, real consequence, no hiding in process.

Modernizing from the inside. With myAbode as our parent company running the back office, we bring startup tools and AI to a brokerage at national scale. We change a traditional industry from within.

Fresh thinking over pedigree. The bar isn't "real estate experience," it's smart people applying fresh thinking for outsized impact. Builders welcome; settlers optional.

The best of both. The stability of an established brokerage with a genuine transformation underway. A rare combination.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with role and skill set
  • Health, Dental & Vision benefits, plus a Health Spending Account & Lifestyle Spending Account
  • Paid Time Off, including Birthday Day Off
  • A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with the challenges and rewards that come with it

A Note on AI in Our Hiring Process

We use AI tools to support parts of our recruitment process, including resume screening, drafting job descriptions, generating interview questions, and transcription. It helps us move faster and focus more of our energy on the human parts of hiring that actually matter.
