You'll partner closely with the Branch Manager and senior leadership while continuing to serve members and mentor staff on the floor.

Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Lead by example through hands-on member service and problem resolution.
  • Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement.
  • Serve as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products.
  • Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and facilitate relationship-based cross-sell opportunities that align with member needs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of financial services or related member-focused experience
  • Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred
  • Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance operational responsibilities with people leadership

This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting annual salary of $63,000, with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications.
