BRANCH MANAGER

PS Electric powered by In Charge is seeking a Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, employee satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection while managing costs within budget. Financial management skills are critical to the success of each of our managers in order to meet goals established for operational expenses and labor cost.
Pay will be discussed during interviews. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, inside sales, transportation & logistics and P/L
  • Lead and empower a team of electrical professionals
  • Make quick and effective decisions
  • Deliver industry best service
  • Create team synergy
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the branch
  • Determine work schedules and assign areas of responsibility to employees 
  • Mentor and develop team members for future roles within the company, and for vacation and absence coverage
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of the team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Job Requirements:
  • Experience managing business operations and supervising a team
  • Previous experience in the electrical construction industry preferred
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exhibit high levels of organization, professionalism, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to maintain a thriving customer base
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have experience in a leadership role and managing a team
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be available to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must have strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Must be able to work independently and multitask, prioritizing as appropriate
  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen 
Required Education:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
Required Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential construction
  • 5+ years at the Supervisor/Project Manager or above level managing high volume residential electrical production jobs in the Phoenix Metroplex
