As a leading master distributor and manufacturer of industrial fasteners, we are seeking a hands-on Branch Operations Manager to lead our Tolleson, Arizona branch operation.

This role is responsible for leading warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, safety, productivity, and team development while driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all branch warehouse and fulfillment operations
  • Drive productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and on-time performance
  • Coach, develop, and lead warehouse team members
  • Maintain compliance with safety, OSHA, quality, and company standards
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements and Lean initiatives
  • Ensure warehouse assets, equipment, and systems are properly maintained
  • Support strategic operational goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with warehouse systems, inventory control, and operational metrics
  • Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred
