In this role, you will operate Trumpf press brake machinery to accurately form metal components - primarily cold-rolled and stainless-steel materials - in support of our production schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining part quality, meeting daily output goals, and working safely alongside your team in a fast-paced shop environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMachine Operation: Accurately and efficiently operate press brake machinery in a safe manner for yourself and others.Quality Inspection: Perform self-inspection on the first produced part and verify quality throughout the production run.Blueprint Execution: Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to set up and run jobs correctly.Machine Calibration: Adjust controls, parameters, and clearances as needed to hold tight tolerances.Production Goals: Meet daily and weekly production targets in accordance with written and verbal production instructions.Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSPress Brake Experience: Demonstrated experience operating Trumpf press brakes and working with cold-rolled and stainless-steel materials.Shop Math: Solid shop math skills and the ability to adjust clearances and machine parameters.Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints.CAD Familiarity: Familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus.Work Ethic: Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative.Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTThis role is performed in WMS's Londonderry, NH manufacturing facility. The following physical demands are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
