We are seeking candidates who are dependable, hard-working, and positive.


As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will:


Oversee the production team in our Osceola facility.

โ€ข Provide leadership.

โ€ข Interact daily with department team leads and supervisors to maximize productivity and prioritize daily activities.

โ€ข Mentor your team to troubleshoot and fix processing problems.

โ€ข Provide guidance to increase factory orders based on production demands.

โ€ข Review completed work orders and verify reported production. If necessary, making adjustments to reported production.

โ€ข Assist in changeovers and setups.

โ€ข Train all associates on duties and responsibilities in all job classifications. This would include any equipment.

โ€ข Lead daily team meetings.

โ€ข Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

โ€ข Pay attention to Safety Standards, and fair, firm, and consistent enforcement of company and plant procedures and policies.

โ€ข Inspect products using dial calipers, micrometers, and hard gages as prescribed by the quality control team.

โ€ข Complete Weekly Preventative Maintenance tasks for assigned equipment and closing of Action Items found during audits.
