Job description

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Urology is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to join our expanding academic faculty. With a recently approved residency complement increase and a growing clinical footprint, we are looking for a surgeon dedicated to advanced stone disease management and minimally invasive BPH therapies.

The Role

We are seeking a candidate with a strong interest or fellowship training in Endourology. A primary focus of this position is the expansion of our advanced stone and BPH program.

The successful candidate will:

  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology across our diverse clinical sites.
  • Lead and grow a high-volume stone disease practice.
  • Mentor and train residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $300,000 - $400,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
