Become a Key Player as a Program Manager - BPCI IV

You will drive operational excellence across decentralized business operations, shaping and delivering programs that improve processes and governance. You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT to scope and deliver high-quality business solutions. This is an Onsite or Remote role where you will influence large-scale transformational programs and cadence communications across the operations community.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Create cadenced communications to the business operations community, select tools, develop content, and host quarterly All Hands and other events to build community and impact
  • Own and maintain execution tools (e.g., SharePoint) that serve as the backbone of the business operations function
  • Design, develop, and deploy operational improvement initiatives (for example, executive actions tracking tools)
  • Identify and implement process/system controls and governance to sustain changes
  • Influence and drive key project decisions and ensure adoption of solutions
  • Drive program management for key operational initiatives and large-scale transformational programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to envision, scope, and deliver business solutions
