Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Associate Program Recruiter to help scale our next generation of appraisal talent. This part-time (usually 15 hours a week) contract role will lead recruiting efforts for Bowery's Associate Appraiser Program, building strong pipelines of early-career candidates and helping launch successful associate classes across the organization. In addition to supporting the Associate Program, this recruiter will partner with hiring managers to contribute to hiring efforts as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, with a significant focus on Associate Appraisers, and possibly expanding into other roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communications with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, startup, or fast-paced corporate environment. Commercial Real Estate experience a plus
  • Proven success sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, networking, and referral channels.
  • Experience w/ high volume recruiting for multiple functions and levels simultaneously.
  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS (Rippling is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and ownership.

The pay range for this role is:
35 - 50 USD per hour (Remote)
