Responsibilities - Provide daily administrative support to office leadership and team members
- Manage phone and email communication with professionalism and timeliness
- Handle routine bookkeeping tasks including data entry, AP/AR basics, and account updates
- Assist with banking related activities and help prepare simple financial documentation
- Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and internal scheduling
- Draft and organize correspondence, memos, and general office communications
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support upkeep of office procedures and assist with process updates
- Manage supply ordering, vendor comparisons, and general office inventory
- Maintain updated contact lists and internal directories
- Prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports
- Welcome visitors and support general office needs as required
Requirements - Prior administrative and bookkeeping experience required
- Knowledge of basic accounting functions including AR/AP, chart of accounts, and reconciliations
- Experience using accounting or ERP software (any platform acceptable)
- Strong Excel skills, including data entry and basic formulas
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast moving environment
- Professional, resourceful, and comfortable supporting multiple leaders
- High school diploma required; accounting coursework or higher education preferred
- Background check and drug screening required at offer stage
