Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to office leadership and team members
  • Manage phone and email communication with professionalism and timeliness
  • Handle routine bookkeeping tasks including data entry, AP/AR basics, and account updates

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and internal scheduling
