Etowah Landing is looking for a weekend receptionist!

Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 - 4:30 PM

Must be a GA Certified Nurse Assistant

Come and join the Etowah Landing team today! We are looking for someone with a great personality to be the Warm Welcome at our Center!

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department, take down messages, communicate with appropriate employees.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Accept all letters and packages
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with essential items.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
