Crave Cuisine LLC, based in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, WI, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Support Staff member to help us deliver unforgettable culinary experiences. What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Operations & Logistics
  • Drive to event locations, allowing the owner to ride along while working.
  • Pick up employees who need transportation to event sites.
  • Assist with transporting supplies, equipment, and materials to and from events.
  • Oversee cleanup duties the day after each event and ensure all equipment is clean and organized.
  • Maintain and organize items post-cleanup to keep operations running smoothly.
Administrative & Documentation Duties
  • Create professional event documents, including schedules, checklists, and reference sheets.
  • Maintain and update employee schedules and shift assignments.
  • Prepare materials for event managers, such as clipboards, nametags, and labels for food products.
Supply Runs & Errands
  • Make weekly trips to Green Bay to pick up supplies from Costco and Woodman’s.
  • Assist with additional errands as assigned to support event preparations.
Bookkeeping & Payroll Support
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks and import receipts into QuickBooks for accurate financial tracking.
  • Assist with payroll by gathering necessary information and calculating gratuities for employees based on hours worked.
Laundry & Post-Event Duties
  • Complete laundry after each event, ensuring linens and uniforms are clean and ready for future use.
