Position Overview
The Office Manager oversees front desk operations, IT, payroll, bookkeeping, and staff benefits. This role requires organization, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced senior living environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk staff and manage daily operations
  • Oversee IT, network, and communications systems
  • Process payroll and assist with in-house bookkeeping, reporting irregularities to Administrator
  • Maintain accurate census and resident records
  • Manage staff benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and holidays
  • Report needed repairs, unsafe conditions, or workplace incidents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred (Accounting/Management)
  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience
  • WA State Driver's License required
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, ADP payroll, and general computer/network systems
  • Strong multitasking, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 25 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed
  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand motions
