We are actively hiring Automotive retail Billing/Capping/Inventory Clerks to our Team!  Having knowledge of ADP is a plus, but also willing to train the right candidate.  You will be responsible for various automotive accounting functions with a knowledge of automotive F&I processes, so coming to the table with a little bit of experience could move you to the front of the pack!   You must be able to pay great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment ( or have at least one to two years experience in a position of similar responsibility).  ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE and/or DATA ENTRY SKILLS are a PLUS!!!!!!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make sure all necessary paperwork is in the deals
  • If trade is available, look for title
  • Send contracts to banks
  • Verify gross profit
  • Bill out wholesales
  • Make lien payoffs and send to banks
  • Rebate processing
  • Finalize deals
  • Retail Delivery Reporting
  • Runs various reports
  • Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
  • Performs other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience
  • One to two years experience in automotive bookkeeping/accounting
  • Skilled at using automotive accounting software (Example: ADP/Reynolds and Reynolds)
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience preferred
  • An impressive work-ethic
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
