  • Proactively generate new banquet business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Respond to event inquiries with customized proposals that reflect client needs and budget.
  • Conduct site tours, showcasing our spaces and amenities to inspire bookings. 
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design menus, layouts, and timelines. 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications in our CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. 
  • Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
