About the job Booking & Client Support Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Booking & Client Support Specialist. This role is centered on helping travelers move smoothly from their initial vacation inquiry through reservation confirmation and trip preparation.
You'll assist clients by gathering important trip information, researching available travel services, coordinating selected arrangements, and keeping reservation details organized. Depending on the client's needs, you may support bookings involving hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, vacation packages, and other travel experiences.
This opportunity is open to individuals who are new to the travel industry. Training, supplier education, mentorship, and ongoing resources are provided to help you learn the booking process and develop your client service skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and collect necessary trip information
  • Identify travel dates, destination preferences, budgets, and special requests
  • Search approved resources for accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Assist clients with reviewing available options and understanding reservation details
  • Coordinate selected travel services through authorized supplier platforms
  • Process booking information and ensure required details are properly documented
  • Review names, dates, accommodations, transportation, and other reservation information for accuracy
  • Send confirmations, itinerary details, payment reminders, and other important updates
  • Track upcoming deadlines and follow up with clients when additional information is required
  • Assist with reservation modifications and routine booking questions
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Contact supplier partners when clarification or booking assistance is necessary
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of client communications and reservations
  • Stay informed about supplier programs, destination updates, promotions, and travel products
