Position Summary
The S&G Assistant Price Book Manager supports daily item setup, pricing updates, cost validation, and system accuracy across all S&G stores. This role helps protect margin, maintain clean data, and ensure timely execution of pricing and promotions. You will work with category managers, marketing, operations, finance, and IT. You will help keep the PDI Pricebook system accurate and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
Item and UPC Maintenance
โ€ข Set up new items and confirm descriptions, UPCs, and unit details.
โ€ข Clean duplicate records and keep item data aligned with corporate standards.
โ€ข Support lifecycle management for primary and related SKUs.
Retail Pricing Support
โ€ข Enter zone pricing updates in PDI based on direction from the Price Book Manager.
โ€ข Confirm changes match corporate strategy and protect margin.
โ€ข Monitor exceptions and report pricing issues for correction.
Promotional Entry and Execution
โ€ข Build promotional pricing, scan-downs, and Mix Match offers.
โ€ข Load promotional schedules and confirm accuracy before release.
โ€ข Support loyalty and marketing teams with offer setup.
Vendor Cost and Invoice Support
