Job description

EnrollTools, a Southern California benefits enrollment firm, is hiring Seasonal Benefits Advisors (also called Benefit Counselors) for several large multi-state open enrollments this fall.


You'll hold one-on-one benefit enrollment conversations by phone: explaining options in simple terms, answering questions, and helping employees complete their elections.


Pay: $20 per completed session, up to $40 per hour.


Details:

  • 1099 contract, 100% remote, all work by phone
  • Flexible scheduling during the enrollment window
  • Seasonal work, with strong performers placed on additional cases

Requirements:

  • Active Life, Health and Accident insurance license in good standing
  • US based and authorized to work, 18 or older
  • 2+ years insurance or benefits experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication skills, able to work independently
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Case-specific training provided before every assignment (in person in Southern California or live online).
