If you're hungry to succeed and ready to take your insurance career to the next level, we'd love to meet you.

What You Can Expect

* Live transfer opportunities as you advance.

* Proven follow-up systems, including Ricochet and Lead Manager.

* A structured process designed to help you stay productive and close more business.

You'll receive:

* A four-week mentorship program with a lead producer and experienced mentor.

* A structured sales process used by successful Allstate agencies.

* Daily sales huddles.

* Live call shadowing.

* One-on-one coaching and development.

* Weekly skill-building sessions.

* Ongoing role-play and sales training.

Our goal is simple: help you get better, faster.

At the same time, we genuinely care about the people who work here and want our team members to build a career they're proud of.

Responsibilities

* Managing your pipeline and following a proven follow-up process.

* Participating in role-play, coaching, and ongoing sales training.

* Tracking your performance and continually developing your sales skills.

**The more you put in, the more opportunity you have to earn. We'll give you the tools, leads, training, and support to maximize your potential.**

We're looking for professionals who are:

* Experienced in insurance sales and motivated by results.

* Accountable, consistent, and committed to continuous improvement.

Requirements

* Michigan or Indiana Property Casualty Insurance License required.

* 2+ years of insurance sales experience required.**

* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
