Job description

Join a Growing Commercial HVAC Team

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to grow our service business by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts throughout the Houston market.

This position focuses on selling preventative maintenance agreements, HVAC service solutions, equipment upgrades, retrofit projects, and energy-saving solutions to commercial building owners, property managers, facility managers, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial customers, and contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Sell preventative maintenance agreements, repair services, equipment replacements, retrofits, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify HVAC service opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements.
  • Present HVAC solutions that improve building comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through project completion.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with service technicians, project managers, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service sales, mechanical services sales, or a related B2B sales role.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the local market.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, and controls.
  • Experience selling maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and HVAC equipment replacements.
  • Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) is a plus.
  • Existing relationships within the commercial real estate or facilities market.
