­Well established Client in Midland, Tx is seeking
Sauce Room Attendant
  1. Applicant will be making sauce for our restaurants. Which includes but not limited to:
  2. Sifting dry spices together, weighing and bagging them.
  3. Will be lifting cases of product up to 30 lbs at a time.
  4. Will be mixing dry and wet ingredients together in 30-gallon containers with oversized spatulas.
  5. Will be pouring mixed product into a machine to make packets, then will be weighing the boxes of packets and making adjustments as needed.
  6. Will be labelling and boxing up the product (packets or gallon jugs) to ready them for shipping.
  7. Will be taping up/making boxes to ship the product in.
  8. Will be cleaning/sanitizing sauce room end of day with hot water and bleach.
  9. Job is labor intensive and fast paced.
  10. Requirements:
    1. Need someone reliable and wanting to stay long term.
    2. Fast learner that works well with others or alone. (Will be trained in all duties in case working alone is needed)
    3. Must always wear a mask in the building.
