JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
This is an onsite position at our Katy Texas office 2-3 days a week
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates and generated monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, working closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business.
  • Generates and consolidates monthly results for the entire regional and Support Services business segments with specific focus and analysis on budget/forecast actual. Partners with the Executive team and Senior Leadership on variances to plan and spend tracking.
  • Supports FP & A team through B-Pack production, Trade Review slide support, CapEx management and tracking, CPI tracker updates, budget template development, and overall enhancements.
  • Maintains HQ accounting reconciliations: insurance and wire transactions/postings, and the Risk Register for UK reporting.
  • Supports special projects (i.e. critical ERP go-live support, SOP development/maintenance, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of experience.
Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, Styeline, and Microsoft Suite.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. Asks for constructive feedback. Communicates detailed information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
