We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily operations of boilers.ย 
  • Complete daily checks and maintain necessary operating records.ย 
  • Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment.ย 
  • Perform monthly testing of all safeties.ย 
  • Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.ย 
  • Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.ย 
  • Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.ย ย 
Qualifications
  • Must have completed 4-yearย apprenticeship program or technical schoolingย 
  • Must have 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experienceย 
  • Must be available for emergency call outsย 
  • Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client's staff.ย 
  • Rule 1415 certifiedย 
  • EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens)ย 
  • Valid driver's license in good standingย
