Job description

Regal Lakeland's Collision Center are seeking well Trained and Experienced Body Shop Professionals. Painter & able to perform light body work.
Body Painter completes body shop painting for vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. He or she delivers the highest quality body shop painting services while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Body Shop Painter must produce quality results on time or earlier and must have knowledge of specialty painting techniques and technologies. We are looking for candidates that are are self motivated, able to take instruction and perform at a high level.
Responsibilities
  • Complete minor repairs, including sanding and grinding
  • Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles original colors using color charts
  • Paint vehicle surfaces by utilizing a sprayer or brush when applicable
  • Complete paint preparation, including color matching and mixing
  • Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper repair procedures
  • Previous auto body painting experience required
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization
  • Periodic lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds are required
  • May be exposed to chemicals, fumes, high levels of dust and noise in repair center
  • Must be able to wear protective equipment, including respirators
