Body Shop Technician

Our Body Shops are open Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS...NO LATE NIGHTS!

  • Our Body Shops have state of the art equipment including Car-O-Liners frame racks & down draft spray booths
  • Our Body Shops have their own dedicated breakrooms and restrooms
  • Our Body Shops are the newest, biggest, cleanest most well lit around...guaranteed, come take a look!

We have the customers, we have the traffic, we have the equipment, we have the facility...now all we need is you! We have a huge, loyal customer base and are looking for an experienced and talented body shop technician to join our collision team!

ABOUT US:
Our collision centers are some of the largest and busiest in southeastern Wisconsin. We are the preferred collision center for most of the largest insurance companies in Wisconsin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
-Properly repair damaged vehicles back to factory specifications
-Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs
-Straighten metal and aluminum auto frames
-Replace parts that cannot be repaired
-Ability to use special equipment to restore frames and body sections

QUALIFICATIONS:
-1+ years of body shop experience preferred
-ICar Certification preferred
-Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Basic computer skills
-Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
-Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
-Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with technician team members
-Ability and desire to continue training and learning new technology
-Ability to lift over 50 pounds and spend most of the day on your feet
