Job description

Auto Body Excellence in Poway is looking to add a receptionist / customer service representative to our team. Auto Body office experience is a plus; we are willing to train the candidate that has the skills and personality that fits best in this environment.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting all customers and vendors in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • Answer all phone calls consistently; relay messages immediately to the correct recipient
  • Monitor DRP assignments throughout the day, schedule repair and estimate appointments
  • Performs other administrative/clerical related duties as assigned
