Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Boca Raton, Florida.

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. Weโ€™re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience required. Candidates must have experience delivering therapy in home or community-based settings.
  • Experience with Netsmart EMR required for candidates applying to 3-month contract opportunities. Netsmart experience preferred but not required for 6-month contract opportunities.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a personal caseload and schedule. Experience with independent scheduling and documentation preferred.
  • Experience providing services in retirement community settings preferred.

  • Scheduling: Clinicians manage and coordinate their own schedules
