Location: Boca Raton Resort

Hourly Rate: $17.00/HR + Part-Time

Schedule: Morning/Afternoon + MUST BE WILLING TO WORK HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS!

The Customer Service Representative greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. How do you know if this is the right job for you?!

  • Timely and demonstrates sense of urgency.
  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

What will I do?

  • Greet customers, assist guests in lobbies. Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
  • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude!
  • Customer service experience is required
  • 5 star hotel/resort is HIGHLY preferred

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend, stoop, squat frequently throughout a shift.
