Job description


As an Automotive Salesperson at Bob King Mazda, you will play a pivotal role in selling vehicles to prospective customers with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include engaging with customers, educating them on different car models, facilitating test drives, and striving to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and discern their needs and preferences effectively.
- Actively listen to customers' requirements, provide detailed information on available vehicles, and accompany them on test drives.
- Address customer inquiries, provide outstanding service throughout the sales process, and uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
Sales Process
- Employ persuasive sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Present and clarify vehicle pricing, financing options, lease terms, and incentives clearly and transparently.
- Collaborate with the finance department to complete necessary paperwork and finalize financing or leasing arrangements.
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and drive future sales opportunities, meeting daily follow-up goals as set by the Sales Management team.
Product Knowledge
- Stay abreast of the latest automotive trends, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles available for sale, including their specifications, performance attributes, and competitive advantages.
- Articulate the benefits and unique selling points of various vehicle models to customers confidently and informatively.

- Monitor and report on sales activities, including leads generated, customer interactions, and closed deals.
