Bob King Automotive Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of automotive financing and insurance while ensuring compliance, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do :

  • Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases.
  • Present and explain finance and protection products in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Partner with lenders to obtain competitive financing options.
  • Prepare and process all finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase process.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
  • Monitor finance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on automotive finance trends, lender programs, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For :
  • Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with dealership finance software and related applications.
  • North Carolina Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain).
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
