Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina (est. 1976) is a premier waterfront destination located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Renowned for its lakeside lodging, full-service marina, and relaxed dining and entertainment, Fourwinds offers guests a complete lakefront experience. With its scenic views and welcoming atmosphere, Fourwinds remains a cornerstone of the Lake Monroe lifestyle for both visitors and the local lake community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Boat Rental Store Clerk
  • Assist callers with boat rental information and book boat rental reservations.
  • Check-in guests for their boat rental.
  • Assist guests inside the gift shop.
  • Handles cash and card transactions while operating a Point-Of-Sale register and a fuel console inside the gift shop.
  • Help keep the gift shop stocked and organized.
  • Gas Dock Coverage
  • Assists boaters with docking for fuel, pump-outs, and gift shop visits.
  • Assists boaters as they depart from the dock.
  • Ensure boats depart in a timely manner to avoid congestion.
  • Keeps fuel hoses properly stored and maintains a clean, organized, and safe gas dock.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and willing to work 20-40 hours per week.
