At Sea Fox Boat Company, we're passionate about building premium fishing boats that deliver exceptional performance, quality, and craftsmanship. We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Front Door Team and play a key role in putting the finishing touches on every boat before it reaches our customers.
What You'll Do
As a Front Door Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring every boat meets Sea Fox's high standards of quality and appearance before moving to the final detailing process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and complete kits, including decals, safety information, windscreens, and related components.
  • Perform final fit-and-finish work on completed boats.
  • Conduct thorough self-inspections before Quality Control review.
  • Complete assigned items from Quality Control checklists.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, and other departments to ensure all required work is completed.
  • Communicate regularly with Quality Control inspectors to ensure a complete, high-quality product advances through production.
  • Maintain productivity while meeting daily and weekly production goals.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean, organized, and in excellent condition.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.
What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
