Job description

Boat Builder – Custom Sportfishing Boats
Southport, North Carolina | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Growth

Build custom boats with a team that values true craftsmanship.

ENVIBOATS is a custom boat builder looking for dependable, hands-on people to help in the workshop. While backgrounds in carpentry, construction, woodworking, fabrication, and/or marine work are helpful, we are willing to take a chance on teaching a person who takes pride in quality and wants to learn the process of boat building.

Create quality boats that are true works of art — and build a career you’re proud of.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and install components using fiberglass, composites, woodworking, and more
  • Follow measurements, CAD designs, and production instructions accurately
  • Work with a tight-knit team to deliver premium boats that perform offshore

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Hands-on building experience if possible, but not entirely necessary (carpentry, cabinetry, construction, or similar)

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay
  • Year-round work
  • An opportunity to enjoy your work as you build something truly unique from start to finish.

Company Description

Satisfying work in a very friendly environment
