Job description

We are hiring a Production Associate to join our team! You will operate fabrication machinery and equipment, mostly with aluminum. Several open positions in boat fabrication and final assembly, dock construction and installation, and habitat/fish feeder packaging and shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
  • Welding and metal fabrication experience a plus
  • Solid work ethic and willing to pursue advancement
  • Excellent driving record, current cdl a plus
  • Personable and able to work with others
  • Compensation is dependent on experience.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
