Pacific Coast Composites is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role plays a critical part in order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

With more than 30 years of experience, Pacific Coast Composites supplies materials and accessories to the aerospace industry-providing an alternative to large inventories and extended lead times.
Our mission is simple: give customers what they want, when they want it, in the quantity they need-without compromising quality, ethics, or relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and manage customer purchase orders, including special requirements, quality clauses, and delivery commitments
  • Communicate order details to Purchasing and vendors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers by providing confirmations, order status updates, and timely responses to inquiries
  • Process credit card payments, returns, and necessary customer documentation, including aerospace and quality certifications
  • Monitor customer portals, reports, and open orders to track commitments and update due dates
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Account Managers
  • Participate in on-call support and proactive customer outreach as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with accurate data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
