Role Description The Boat Yard Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Newport Beach, CA, responsible for overseeing daily boat yard operations and maintenance activities. This role coordinates and supervises yard staff, assigns tasks, and ensures safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and workspaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring maintenance and repair work on boats, docks, and yard facilities; inspecting completed work for quality and safety; and prioritizing tasks based on operational needs.
