About the Role:
Join Florida Behavioral & Health Consultants Inc. as a BCaBA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. We are looking for passionate professionals to collaborate with our dynamic team in Hollywood, FL, and help clients achieve their goals through effective behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
  • Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
  • Provide training and support for families on behavior management techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
