Job description

Position: BMS Sales Executive – Service

Location: NY/NJ

Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more)

Overview

We are seeking a BMS Service Sales Executive to drive growth in service contracts, retrofit work, and long-term customer relationships within the building automation industry. This role focuses on selling and expanding Building Management System (BMS) service offerings, including maintenance agreements, system upgrades, and retrofit projects across commercial and mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new service and retrofit sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with building owners, operators, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and project assessments
  • Prepare estimates and proposals using standardized tools
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and service teams
  • Work with subcontractors and vendors on pricing and execution
  • Support growth of service contracts for new and existing accounts
  • Ensure strong customer communication and follow-through
