Assistant managers are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day.   • Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
  • Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
  • Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
  • Train and develop the non-management staff.

  • Build and maintain visual displays.
