Direct Support Professional III

In this role, you will help individuals with disabilities build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and maintain a safe and supportive home environment while partnering with their caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support in a private home and the community
  • Implement Individual Support Plans, behavior supports, and therapeutic routines
  • Assist with life skills, household responsibilities, and community activities
  • Coordinate medical appointments and support overall health and wellness
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinicians, and team members
  • Document services and maintain confidential records in accordance with agency standards
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in direct support, disability services, or related areas.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
