About Us

Blue Lagoon Pools is a full-service swimming pool construction and service company serving Berks County and surrounding areas. We design and build custom pools—vinyl liner, fiberglass, concrete, and Biodesign—as well as provide renovations, equipment installs, and weekly service. We’re growing and need a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our permit processing, customer communication, and service operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Permit & Service Coordinator to assist with permit processing, office administration, customer communication, and service scheduling. This role works closely with management and customers to ensure projects and service jobs are well-coordinated and executed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit permit paperwork and communicate with townships and municipalities.

  • Handle office administration (phones, email correspondence, filing, data entry).

  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs (openings, closings, repairs, weekly service).

  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and follow-up.

  • Support office management and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Monday.com, and company systems.

  • Step in to cover duties when other office staff are out.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or scheduling/dispatch experience preferred (construction, HVAC, plumbing, or pool industry a plus).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks or CRM software a plus.

  • Professional, reliable, and customer service oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $21 – $23/hr starting pay, depending on experience (with growth potential to $24–$26/hr).

  • Full-time, year-round employment.
