Our dedicated teams, working with national new residential builders, specialize in delivering and installing exterior doors, interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, and blinds.

Position: Hardware & Blinds Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Hardware & Blinds Associate to join our growing team! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things in order, and taking pride in getting the job done right.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Organize, label, and maintain hardware inventory and stock areas.

  • Pull, box, and label hardware orders with precision and accuracy.

  • Review picking tickets for discrepancies and work to resolve them.

  • Key locks as needed and document key numbers for job tracking.

  • Assist with periodic cycle counts and year-end inventory processes.

  • Provide support for blind production tasks as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Our Ideal Candidate:
