MacLellan Integrated Services is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. Expanded from an initial core business providing critical process cleaning services to the automotive industry, MacLellan has expanded to offer a broad scope of maintenance, facilities management, HVAC, mechanical and industrial engineering services to a broad range of business partners across North America.

About You:

As a Water Blaster, you are part of Best People working as a team operating high pressure water blasting equipment. Utilizing our Best Systems, our Water Blaster completes task work independently with minimal supervision. You identify potential issues and report those to your Group Leader; together you develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues. As the Water Blaster, you achieve Best Results by embracing our team and contributing your knowledge and experience. You value diversity and inclusion, you are fully invested and authentic, and you challenge the status quo by seeking new and innovative ways to make our work safer, easier, and faster.

Necessary Water Blaster Skills:

  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Necessary Water Blaster Requirements:

  • Must be able to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
  • This is a physically demanding job – must be able to work in hot and damp environments, wear heavy PPE, climb stairs, push equipment, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
