Vehicle Accounting Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and post journal entries and support daily transactional accounting
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
  • Help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Maintain organization and efficiency within the accounting department
  • Support leadership with reliable data to drive business decisions
  • Work closely with the Controller to develop your accounting skills
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
  • 1+ year of accounting experience or relevant internship (required)
  • Familiarity with general ledger systems
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and on a team
