Your Role
As a Videographer & Editor in our Los Angeles office, you will help shape how our people, projects, and ideas are brought to life through video and photography. Working within a collaborative Digital Marketing team, you will concept, capture, and edit compelling visual stories, including branded sizzle reels, episodic content and targeted marketing material. This role focuses on hands-on production and post-production, partnering with marketing and communications leadership to deliver compelling creative storytelling across platforms.
What You Will Do
Creative storytelling skills: Strong eye for composition, pacing, and narrative, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content
Technical expertise: Confident in both production and post-production, including video and photography across a range of formats and tools
Production adaptability: Comfortable working in studio, office, event, and on-location environments with strong skills in lighting and audio set-up
Collaborative mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and leadership teams
High attention to detail: Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency under tight deadlines
Curiosity with tools: Interest in emerging technologies
  • Support video production across pre-production planning, shooting, and editing
  • Translate architectural concepts and built environments into compelling visual narratives
  • Produce a range of content including interviews, sizzle reels, brand films, and episodic series
  • Capture video and photography in studio, office, and on-location environments, including events and project sites
  • Set up and execute multicamera interviews with lighting and sound
  • Edit high-quality video content using industry-standard software, including motion graphics, color correction, and sound design
  • Create content optimized for multiple platforms and formats (horizontal and vertical)
  • Maintain visual consistency with brand standards across all outputs
  • Maintain media assets and workflows using project management tools
  • Leverage emerging tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to enhance creative and editing workflows
  • Work independently on select shoots as needed
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends based on production schedules

Your Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing
  • Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating relevant work (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience with multicam interviews and branded content production
  • Familiarity with Sony, Panasonic Lumix, and Blackmagic camera systems
  • Strong understanding of lighting, sound recording, and color correction
  • Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery workflows
  • Experience producing both horizontal and vertical content
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana and OpenAsset (or similar platforms)
  • Drone experience or FAA certification is a plus, but not required
