Job Description

The Product Manager will lead the delivery of high-value data products by defining product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role ensures alignment between business needs and data solutions while driving agile execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals

  • Manage and prioritize ART and system backlog (features, enhancements, improvements)

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and data solutions

  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming

  • Track performance metrics and drive data-based decisions

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality data products (dashboards, datasets, insights)

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and drive process improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree with 4+ years of product/project experience

  • 5+ years in Business Analytics, Agile, or Product Management (data-focused)

  • Experience delivering data solutions (dashboards, APIs, analytics)

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries
