We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives for our advanced preclinical services and mouse model solutions in the US market. This role will work closely with business development, scientific, and global marketing teams to strengthen market visibility, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong scientific communication skills with practical marketing experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences environments. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role supporting digital marketing, scientific content development, events, and customer engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Content Management
  • Support website content development and updates, including scientific capabilities, service offerings, case studies, and company news.
  • Coordinate with internal scientific teams to create clear and engaging scientific marketing content.
  • Work with SEO and digital marketing partners to improve website visibility and user engagement.
  • Monitor website and campaign analytics to support content optimization and marketing improvements.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters, and webinars.
Marketing Campaigns & Customer Engagement
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, conferences, webinars, and scientific events.
  • Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, case studies, and technical content.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
  • Help strengthen market awareness and visibility within biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
Events & Industry Presence
  • Coordinate and support participation in trade shows, scientific conferences, webinars, and customer events.
  • Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
  • Represent the company professionally during industry events and customer interactions as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with business development, scientific, and China-based marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing activities.
  • Support communication between US and global teams for coordinated execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing databases, CRM updates, and campaign tracking information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, MS, or Ph.D. in biomedical sciences, pharmacology, biotechnology, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, preclinical services, or life sciences marketing preferred.
  • Strong interest in scientific communication and commercial marketing.
  • Understanding of drug discovery and preclinical research workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with digital marketing, webinars, LinkedIn, website content management, or scientific events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Chinese language skills and/or business training are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
