What you'll do

As Senior Director, Human Resources, you will Serve as the strategic HR partner to the Cell Culture Media Business Leader & CTO Leader and their leadership teams. Shape and execute short and longterm people strategies (organization design, Leadership Development, Global Project Management, Workforce planning, Executive coaching, Policy & Governance, talent, culture, inclusion & belonging) and provide leadership to global and local HR teams supporting the business.

  • Strategic leadership & partnership

    • Act as trusted advisor to the Cell Culture Media leadership and people leaders, aligning business strategy with people strategy to drive outcomes and culture.

    • Diagnose organizational needs; translate strategy into organizational implications and pragmatic HR plans for both regional and global business contexts.

  • HR strategy & operating mechanisms

    • Build and execute HR plans for the region and enterprisealigned initiatives; lead relevant business projects to timelines and outcomes.

    • Leverage Danaher Business System/ continuous improvement and people analytics to set targets, track metrics, and solve business problems impacting organization effectiveness.

  • Talent management & development

    • Run integrated talent processes (succession planning, performance management, leadership development) in partnership with regional HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Excellence; enable crossfunctional talent moves.

    • Coach leaders to build capability, give effective feedback, and elevate performance.

  • Talent acquisition & workforce planning

    • Assess futurefit capabilities; partner with Talent Acquisition to build pipelines for critical roles across Nordics and the global business.

  • Inclusion & Belonging, engagement & retention

    • Champion Inclusion & Belonging programs that foster an inclusive culture; analyse engagement/ retention trends and implement targeted actions.

  • Change leadership

    • Lead the people agenda through restructures, integrations, and other transformations, with robust changemanagement and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with the Cell Culture Media team as a business and organization thought partner.

  • Assess organizational implications of business strategy and drive effectiveness through talent and culture.

  • Partner with HR and Talent Management to build talent pools and identify critical capabilities.

  • Enable leaders to create talent development opportunities.

  • Provide new HR programs and streamline existing processes.

  • Develop and implement retention and engagement strategies.

  • Advise leaders during change and develop change management plans.

  • Provide performance improvement coaching and employee relations support.

  • Consult on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

  • Identify targets to solve business problems affecting organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Regional HR teams on HR programs and practices.

  • Drive organizational design initiatives aligned with business strategy.

  • Develop and execute change management plans for major transformations.

  • Foster strong relationships with Cytiva HR and business leadership.

Who you are

You are a consultative HR Business partner who is experienced at providing a variety of HR solutions to meet business needs.You love analysing data, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and excel in building relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed, collaborative and an environment.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field.

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with prior global team leadership; strong record in matrixed, regulated, and fastpaced manufacturing environments.

  • Deep expertise in employee/ labour relations in the Nordics, including workscouncil and CBA experience.

  • Proven success leading largescale change and transformation; credible, datadriven advisor who influences You are a consultative Human Resources professional who is experienced with providing a senior leaders.

  • Strong client orientation, discretion, and judgment; able to operate with minimal direction and deliver measurable results.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Willing to travel ~30% of the time.

Theannualsalary range OR the hourly range for this role is$180,000 - $200,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
