Job description

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for May 5, 6, 13, 20, 26, & 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Brooklyn, OH. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider may be asked to dispense pre-packaged medications as needed. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
